Dental Implants Options
When it comes to dental implants, your treatment will depend on your individual needs, and our experts are perfectly placed to assess these needs at your initial consultation. However, we’ve outlined some of the treatment options below to help you get a sense of what’s available prior to your appointment.
Single missing tooth – individual implants are used to replace single missing teeth, and options such as our new mini and midi implants are a good choice for those with otherwise healthy mouths.
Several missing teeth – depending on the number of missing teeth, you may wish to opt for multiple single implants or, if your ‘gaps’ are close together, a dental implant bridge might prove a more comfortable and affordable solution. A dental implant bridge consists of two implants at either end of the gap, with prosthetics affixed between.
Full arch replacements – there are several options for cases in which a full arch is missing. Dental implant bridges (see above) can work well, and for this we would usually recommend the excellent All-on-4 technique. Traditional dentures are a removable option, but implant retained dentures provide a more permanent solution.

Dr Rik Trivedi is the Principal dentist at Parrock Dental & Implant Centres. He has completed The Year course in Dental Implantology at The Harley Street centre for Implant and Reconstructive Dentistry and completed his advanced training at the Royal College of surgeons studying the Diploma in Implant Dentistry. He was awarded a distinction in his Masters in Dental Implanvology at Uclan in 2015 and focuses most of his time in this field.
He takes great care and attention during treatments which vary from treating missing single or multiple teeth to more complex same day full mouth implant bridgework and dentures that ensure patients’ can eat and function comfortably with confidence. Rik makes sure that all his patients achieve their dental goals, from preventive care to creating a beautiful smile with dental implants that inspires confidence within.
